The line is answered around the clock and emergencies are prioritized. Coverage questions and partnership enquiries go best by email.
Phone
Phone line answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have your ZIP code ready and describe what you see. If water is running, we walk you through the shutoff first.
For non-urgent questions, service-area requests, and plumbers interested in joining the network. Email is not monitored for emergencies.
What to do before you call
- Find the main water shutoff, usually at the meter near the street or where the supply enters the house, and close it if water is running.
- For a leaking water heater, turn off its gas valve or breaker and the cold-water valve on top.
- For a sewer backup, stop using all drains, including the washing machine and dishwasher.
- If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility’s emergency line first.
